Richard Goldstein

Mr. Goldstein, an attorney, has been since July 2008, Chairman and CEO of AEP Capital LLC, a specialized investment/merchant banking firm located in New York. Mr. Goldstein is also a Senior Managing Director of Alpine Capital LLC and related entities including Alpine Equity Partners L.P. (collectively "Alpine"), of which he has been affiliated since 1990. Prior to joining Alpine, Mr. Goldstein was an attorney at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, in which he became a partner in 1984, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate securities.

Mr. Goldstein serves as a director of Alpine Capital Bank, a privately held New York State chartered FDIC insured banking institution, and various private portfolio companies of Alpine. Mr. Goldstein was also Chairman and CEO of Courtside Acquisition Corp., a special purpose public acquisition vehicle, prior to its acquisition of American Community Newspapers LLC. Mr. Goldstein was also a director of On Command Corporation and U.S. Franchise Systems, Inc.

He is Chairman of the North Shore-LIJ Health System and its constituent hospitals, including North Shore University Hospital, Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Lenox Hill Hospital and Staten Island University Hospital. He is also a Trustee Emeritus (and former Chair) of the Queens College Foundation.

Mr. Goldstein is a summa cum laude, phi beta kappa graduate of Queens College and a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School.

Bruce Greenwald

Since 1989, Bruce Greenwald has been a Senior Managing Director of Alpine Capital. Prior to joining Alpine Capital, Bruce was a partner with Arthur Young & Company (a predecessor of Ernst & Young) where in addition to managing the tax services provided to several of its largest clients, he served as the firm’s Northeast Region Director of Taxes and was a member of the firm’s National Tax Operating Committee.

Bruce currently serves as a director of Crème de la Crème and Bonded Holdings LLC.

Bruce is a member of the Simon School of Business Executive Advisory Committee. In addition, Bruce is a member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the Bronx Charter School for Children and was a founder of the Greenwald Professional Development Grant Program under the auspices of the Montclair Foundation for Education Excellence in Montclair, New Jersey.

Bruce received a B.S. in Business Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester.
